We are seeing patients and have resumed surgery at full capacity.
At Sea Change Weight Loss Clinic, we are committed to the safety of our patients and staff, and to ensuring minimal risk to them and the broader community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and the latest advice from health authorities, and we are updating this page as the situation continually develops.
We are conducting face-to-face consultations at our clinic and others via Telehealth, subject to our screening processes. Our staff will inform you of our availability and will also request some brief screening information prior to your attendance at our clinic.
Please do NOT attend our clinic in any circumstances if you are required to self-isolate under current NSW public health orders.
From 1 July 2020, in accordance with state and federal guidelines, elective surgery is returning to normal capacity.
We advise patients preparing for surgery and those who’ve recently undergone surgery to practise self-isolation as much as practicable and social distancing in line with the advice from authorities. Here are some resources recommended by our team to support you in this challenging time:
- Tips for Coping with Coronavirus Anxiety from the Australian Psychological Society
- Social Distancing Guidance from the Australian Government
- Maintaining Your Mental Health During Social Isolation from the Australian Psychological Society
We are still available at the clinic and contactable by phone. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Please take care.
