For patients who are suitable for this treatment, the Medication Program includes:

Sea Change dietitian care
Monthly Telehealth call with your surgeon
Access to the Sea Change mobile app with helpful resources to support you along your weight loss journey.

Pricing

$550 for the Program.

Note: In addition, there’s the cost of your initial consultation with our surgeon ($285) and the cost of the medication.

Timetable of Support

Initial appointment with your dietitian
5 x monthly Telehealth calls with your surgeon
3x follow-up appointments with your dietitian every 4-6 weeks

At the final follow-up appointment with your surgeon, we’ll determine if you have or have not achieved your weight loss goal and discuss and the appropriateness of continuing with medication or considering other options.
