For patients who are suitable for this treatment, the Medication Program includes:

Sea Change Dietitian care
Follow-up appointment with your surgeon
Access to the Sea Change mobile app with helpful resources to support you along your weight loss journey.

Pricing

$400 for the Program.

Note: In addition, there’s the cost of your initial consultation with our surgeon ($285) and the cost of the medication.

Timetable of Support

Initial appointment with your Dietitian
4-8 weeks: Follow-up appointment with your Dietitian
12-14 weeks: Follow-up appointment with your Dietitian
20-22 weeks: Follow-up appointments with your Surgeon and Dietitian

At the final follow-up appointment with your Surgeon, we’ll determine if you have or have not achieved your weight loss goal and discuss and the appropriateness of continuing with medication or considering other options.
